Legal Operations Lead, CLM & Technology

Figma is looking for a Legal Operations Lead to own and administer legal tech tools, lead initiatives to streamline legal operations, and partner with teams across Figma. The role requires 5+ years of experience in legal operations or legal technology management in a high-growth tech company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations or legal technology management in a high-growth tech company or similar experience.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands-on experience administering Ironclad, including workflow configuration, template management, and troubleshooting and experience implimenting AI tools or automation in a legal context
• Ability to translate operational problems into structured, scalable solutions grounded in technology and process design
• Clear and empathetic communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and guide teams through change with a proactive approach
