Product Designer, Growth & Monetization

Figma is looking for seasoned product designers to join their Growth & Monetization area. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience designing UX and UI for a software product of similar scale and complexity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience designing UX and UI for a software product of similar scale and complexity
• Great attention to detail and a strong eye for visual craft
• Fluency in interaction design and prototyping
• A track record of independently driving design processes from discovery through launch
• The ability to guide decision-making with structured thinking, clearly articulated rationale, and user-centered research
• Experience designing for multiple user types or across product tiers
• Familiarity with experimentation, metrics, or using data to inform design decisions
