Figma is hiring a Manager, Software Engineering - Creation Engine to lead a team of experienced engineers in delivering best-in-class testing and observability frameworks for Figma client developers. Requirements
- 4+ years of engineering management experience leading high-output, high-performing teams
- Proven leadership in building, mentoring, and motivating senior engineers
- Deeply passionate about the testing, observability, and tooling space
- Demonstrated success delivering scalable, high-quality work and driving cross-functional initiatives
- Empathetic leader with strong organizational and execution skills
