People Partner, Engineering

Figma is growing its team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. As a People Partner, Engineering, you'll partner closely with Product Engineering and Data leadership teams to help the largest function at Figma mature and thrive during a dynamic and high growth phase.

Requirements

• 8+ years in HR / People roles, including 5+ years as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a high-growth company
• Proven track record partnering with PDE clients, especially Engineering
• Strong background in organizational design, leadership coaching, and change management
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment on complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Skilled at leveraging data and insights to inform decisions and translate business strategy into talent and organizational strategy
