Job Description
Figma is seeking a Product Marketing Manager, Monetization to help shape how teams buy, adopt, and scale Figma. The role involves owning go-to-market strategy and customer communications for updates related to Figma's billing model and plans, supporting Organization and Enterprise selling motions, and equipping sales with resources and enablement to win and grow key accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing with experience supporting Enterprise customers and bringing new products or monetization models to market
- Experience crafting customer-facing communications for billing, pricing, or other high-stakes product changes
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional go-to-market initiatives from strategy through execution and measurement
- Experience partnering with Product teams and driving alignment with executive partners
