Figma is hiring an experienced full-life-cycle Recruiter to support the organization through its growth in Singapore and across APAC. The role involves building and executing the talent strategy, partnering with key stakeholders, and hiring top talent across key business functions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in a high growth business
• Experience partnering with senior executives on high volume searches in go to market organizations
• Expert knowledge of the SaaS / scaling tech landscape in APAC, particularly Singapore
• Advanced sourcing and passive engagement skills
• Ability to build a talent strategy alongside your hiring managers, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
