Job Description
Figma is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to partner with our Japan Sales team across all subregions and segments. The role involves driving a data-driven forecasting methodology, managing regional operating activities, and supporting Sales Leadership in forecasting meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales operations experience
- Deep understanding of SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with proven expertise in Salesforce and BI tools
- Native-level Japanese Proficiency & High-fluency in English
