Software Engineer, AI Product

Figma is seeking an accomplished AI Product Engineer to lead the development of early-phase AI systems and direct the future of AI at Figma. The role involves breaking down open-ended AI problems into engineering strategies, providing mentorship, and promoting best practices in data and AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with 1 or more years of developing generative AI products
• Experience in developing deep product and business knowledge to connect abstract modeling and analysis tasks with business value
• Proven experience implementing the full lifecycle of an early-phase AI development, from ideating on which models to use through productionizing and maintaining them
