Job Description
Figma is seeking experienced full-stack engineers to join their Growth and Monetization Engineering organization, which focuses on expanding Figma’s platform for team collaboration. The role involves designing, building, and scaling reliable systems to improve user experience, revenue, and product growth. Figma empowers teams to work efficiently and collaboratively from anywhere in the world.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Full-stack experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React/TypeScript) and back-end technologies (e.g., Ruby, Python, Go, PostgreSQL).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Prior experience with B2B SaaS, billing/payments infrastructure, or developer platforms (a plus)
