Job Description
Figma is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to partner with engineering leaders throughout the full lifecycle of a candidate. This role focuses on recruiting top talent, building relationships with candidates, and driving funnel strategy. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to Figma’s growing team and will have a strong understanding of the technical landscape.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience
- 2+ years of experience full-lifecycle recruiting on technical leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in sourcing pipelines and developing funnel strategies
- Deep understanding of engineering communities
- Experience managing a healthy volume of candidates with a high rate of responsiveness
- Experience partnering with Engineering Leadership
- Strong candidate outreach messaging skills
- Ability to navigate complex offer situations
- Team player attitude
