Job Description
FIGS is looking for a 100% awesome, capable, and experienced Part-Time Community Hub Associate to represent the FIGS brand and create a seamless and memorable shopping experience.
Requirements
- Previous retail and/or stockroom experience with a strong focus on customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and collaborate with team members
- Ability to lift 5–50 lbs, unpack and organize inventory, and walk an average of 12,000 steps per shift
- Basic computer skills, retail math knowledge, and experience with POS systems (Shopify preferred)
- Action-oriented, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
