Harness Integration Technician

Figure is seeking a Wire Harness Technician to design and build wire harnesses and custom cables to enable test setups required for rapid iteration across development, validation, and integration efforts.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years building wire harnesses and cable assemblies in manufacturing or prototyping environments.
• Strong ability to independently design and execute custom cable builds for test and prototype use.
• Ability to read prints/schematics and follow work instructions with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in crimping and soldering (selective tinning, shields/drain wires, coax, twisted pair).
• Hands-on experience with tooling: strippers, gauges, pull testers, manual/pneumatic crimpers (Daniels or similar), soldering stations, heat guns.
