Materials Planning Manager, Mechanicals

Figure is an AI Robotics company developing a general-purpose humanoid designed to perform corporate tasks. The Materials Planning Manager will own the end-to-end materials planning function to ensure uninterrupted production of Figure’s humanoid systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in materials planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing or complex hardware environment
• Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, demand modeling)
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify trends in part consumption

Benefits

• US base salary range for this full-time position is between $140,000 - $225,000 annually
