Recruiting Coordinator

Figure is seeking a highly organized and motivated Recruiting Coordinator to support its People team and scale hiring across engineering, operations, and manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, HR, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, operations, hospitality, or other fast-paced environments.
• Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in learning recruiting fundamentals, developing sourcing skills, and growing a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive hiring process and positive candidate experience.
