Job Description
Director of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management position at Filamatic. Lead and manage manufacturing and supply chain operations, implement Lean Enterprise Program, develop leaders and teams, and contribute to enterprise strategy. Seeking a commercially adept and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of enabling growth and reducing costs.
Requirements
- Lead and manage the Machine Shop, Machine Assembly, Performance Testing, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, and Technical Field Service departments.
- Implement and manage a Lean Enterprise Program across the enterprise.
- Develop strong supplier partnerships.
- Facilities management and Environmental Health and Safety.
- Make recommendations on capital expenditure and improvements to increase capacity and quality.
- Assist with implementation of new ERP system.
