The Manager Data Engineering & Applications is responsible for leading, developing, and managing PFSCM’s data assets and enterprise applications, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance, and driving business value, operational efficiency, and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, Applied Math, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data management, application management, or related roles, including significant experience with MS SQL Server, SSIS, ETL, data warehousing, and BI tools (Power BI, SSRS).
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, data architecture, and enterprise applications.
- Experience with international supply chains and regulatory reporting is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Jira and continuous improvement initiatives is an advantage.
- Willingness and availability to travel, and perform other duties as needed.
- Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of customer service.
