Job Description
Filevine is building a network of dependable, detail-oriented commissioned notaries public to provide critical support during remote legal proceedings. Digital Reporters facilitate these sessions by managing Zoom calls, assisting participants with technical issues, and ensuring accurate transcript capture. This 1099 independent contractor role offers a flexible earning opportunity to work remotely and choose your own hours.
Requirements
- Active Notary Public license in Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, or Pennsylvania.
- Strong internet connection and access to a quiet, professional workspace.
- Video-enabled computer with necessary software capabilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Zoom or other video conferencing software.
