Job Description
Filevine is seeking dependable and detail-oriented commissioned notaries public to join their Digital Reporter Network, facilitating remote legal proceedings. As a Digital Reporter, you'll manage Zoom calls, assist participants with technical issues, and ensure accurate transcript capture. This flexible, remote 1099 independent contractor role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the evolving legal industry.
Requirements
- Active Notary Public license in Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, or Pennsylvania.
- Strong internet connection and access to a quiet, professional workspace.
- Video-enabled computer with necessary software capabilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Zoom or other video conferencing software.
