Job Description
Filevine is a Legal AI company delivering Legal Operating Intelligence for the future of legal work. The Revenue Operations Analyst will support the user management, configuration and optimization of our tech stack (centered on Salesforce) while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Support and Customer Success.
Requirements
- 1–2 years in a RevOps, Sales Ops, or Salesforce-centric role
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data cleaning)
- Familiarity with RevOps tools and broader SaaS tech stack
- Foundational understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, security, and reporting
- Ability to translate technical requirements into 'plain English' for stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data
- Desire to grow into a more advanced RevOps or Salesforce Admin role
- Ability to learn quickly and take direction from senior team members
