Filevine is seeking reliable and detail-oriented notaries public to provide support during remote legal proceedings via Digital Reporters. This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible hours and remote work, supporting Zoom calls, troubleshooting tech issues, and ensuring transcript quality. They aim to seamlessly integrate legal and business processes with cloud-based workflows.
Requirements
- Active Notary Public license in one of the specified states
- Strong internet connection
- Video-enabled computer
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work during standard business hours (9am-5pm local time)
