Job Description
The Accounting Officer shall be responsible for regulatory compliance with BIR, SEC, CDC, and PAGCOR, and shall disseminate the latest regulatory issuances or memoranda to the company and ensure the compliance program is accordingly updated. The officer shall also establish and communicate customer service objectives, monitor customer service levels, and respond to customer requests.
