Job Description
The Business Performance and Analysis Manager serves as a strategic partner to leadership by evaluating the financial and operational impact of new initiatives and innovations across the organization.
Requirements
- Conduct detailed financial analyses for proposed projects and departmental innovations
- Evaluate financial performance trends and operational metrics
- Prepare business cases and financial models
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets and timelines
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Review project proposals from various departments
- Assess process and cost impacts of each proposed initiative
- Oversee project tracking and reporting
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and analytical tools
- Track progress and effectiveness of implemented projects
- Support management in setting and reviewing departmental performance goals
- Recommend process enhancements based on financial and operational analysis
