Job Description
The Duty Manager provides general management support throughout the hotel, monitoring guest satisfaction, security, employee activity, and physical defects. They ensure the implementation of on-day rates, adjust rate strategies, and achieve sell-out. They also monitor general efficiency, wastage, and energy consumption, and take responsibility in the absence of higher authority.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality management
- High school degree or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
