Job Description
F&B Service Attendant (Banquet) responsible for maintaining a favorable working relationship with all hotel employees, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and promoting a cooperative working climate.
Requirements
- Keeps immediate superior informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- Prepares reports to develop a more informative database for management decision-making
- Monitors applicable laws and regulations and ensures compliance
- Monitors purchasing practices to ensure compliance with Crimson policy and procedures
- Contributes to Crimson growth by identifying potential development opportunities
- Maintains effective communications with owning company
- Maintains a favorable working relationship with all hotel employees
- Projects a favorable image of Crimson Resort & Spa, Boracay to the public
- Practices and role-models the Guiding Principles and Core Values of Crimson Hospitality
- Performs other assignments as defined by the needs of the property or as directed by the General Manager or the owner
