Job Description
F&B Supervisor responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of outlet, achieving marketing sales, profitability and quality service goals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Currently employed in or has prior experience working in a deluxe hotel or equivalent hospitality setting.
- Well-versed and proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant computer applications.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
