Job Description
The Financial Reporting Associate assists in accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, supports preparation and analysis of financial statements, and ensures compliance with internal controls, company policies, and government regulations.
Requirements
- Maintain computerized financial system
- Preparation of GL/SL Schedules
- Review journal entries before they are encoded in the system
- Ensure that all government required reports and payments are properly and promptly submitted and paid
- Ensure that all intercompany charges are paid on time
- Ensure that all expenditures are properly recorded
- Ensure that project costs of new projects are monitored
- Ensure correctness of RFPs and properly supported with documents
- Prepares cash receipt book and cash disbursement book
- Monitor un-liquidated cash advances
- Process petty cash replenishment for Main Square mall
- Ensure confidentiality of information that are processed within the department
- Provide the cleanliness and security of the Accounting Office, including the files, computers and other equipment used by the department
