Job Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to cleaning standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to maintain quality and safety.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to housekeeping team members to enhance performance and service standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment.
- Address guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations, including proper waste management.
- Assist in scheduling and assigning daily tasks to staff, ensuring adequate coverage of operations.
