Job Description
The Operations Associate - Registration is responsible for delivering collateral documents to banks, preparing documents for RRT title audit, and monitoring tickets until closing. The role requires preparation of documents, coordination with various departments, and creation of tickets for title pull-out and bank transmittal scanning.
Requirements
- Delivery of Collateral documents to the banks
- Preparation of documents needed for RRT title audit
- Coordination with CIDC, BFU, Accounting and Securities Custodian
- Monitoring of tickets until closing
- Creation of ticket for title pull-out from Securities Custodian
- Creation of ticket for bank transmittal scanning on Therefore system
- CALM tagging
