Job Description
The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for planning, assigning, and monitoring duties, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high hygiene standards. The role also involves marketing and promoting products, maintaining inventory and stock, and upholding professional communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or 3+ years of experience as a waiter/Waitress in the hospitality industry
- Training attendance on HACCP, Supervisory Excellence, Wine Training, Leadership Competency is an advantage
