Job Description
The Security Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, employees, and property. This role supervises security operations, responds to incidents, conducts investigations, and supports the Security Manager in enforcing hotel policies, safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
Requirements
- Surveillance and Patrol: Skilled in monitoring CCTV, conducting routine patrols, and identifying security threats.
- Emergency Response: Capable of acting swiftly and effectively during fire alarms, medical emergencies, evacuations, or disturbances.
- Incident Investigation: Experienced in handling, documenting, and reporting incidents such as thefts, accidents, or unauthorized access.
- Conflict Resolution: De-escalates tense situations calmly and respectfully.
- Risk Management: Identifies potential hazards and suggests improvements to reduce risk.
