Job Description
Shift Engineer is responsible for effective operations and maintenance of the physical plant, Kitchen and Laundry equipment, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation system of the resort as well as its building decoration.
Requirements
- Routine inspection in all machineries and equipment
- Conduct daily briefing to technicians
- Assign task to designated or respective technicians
- Monitor RQM for guests complaints quick action and response
- Ensure proper turnover of previous shift and incoming shift
- Ensure compliance of subordinates to established safety procedures
