Filson Retail Key Holder - Ballard - PT

Filson is looking for a Retail Key Holder to lead the team to achieve new heights every day. The key holder will be responsible for motivating, inspiring, and developing sales associates to provide a best-in-class customer experience. This role requires exceptional selling skills, customer service, and clientele experience, with a minimum of one year in a leadership role.

Requirements

• Identifies customer needs and acts as an outfitter
• Supports the Store Manager in selecting store staff
• Supports the Store manager with coaching, developing and conflict resolution within the team
• Observes and provides feedback to support members of staff
• Manage a training plan and in the moment coaching
• Supports marketing events and stories
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Ensures availability of merchandise and services
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
• Manage customer service and selling to drive a performance culture
• Supports store operations by enforcing company programs, initiatives, policies and procedures
