Filson is looking for a Key Holder to lead the team to achieve new heights every day. The Key Holder will be responsible for motivating, inspiring, and developing sales associates to provide a best-in-class customer experience.
Requirements
- Identifies customer needs and acts as an outfitter
- Supports the Store Manager in selecting store staff
- Observes and provides feedback to support members of staff
- Manages a training plan and in the moment coaching
- Supports marketing events and stories
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Ensures availability of merchandise and services
- Manage customer service and selling to drive a performance culture
- Supports store operations by enforcing company programs, initiatives, policies and procedures
