Filson Retail Sales Associate - Chicago - PT. The Sales Associate is responsible for supporting the Team through personal selling achievements and the store's day-to-day operations, as well as helping market Filson’s high-quality products by upholding strong visual merchandising requirements.

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service environment.
• Friendly and outgoing; service mentality.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written skills.
• Committed to superior service.
• Energetic, dependable and a team player.
• Merchandising and visual sales floor skills.
• Motivated and results driven.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Basic math skills, register experience is a plus.
• Must be 18+ years old
