Job Description
Filson and Shinola are looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations across multiple brands and employee populations. The ideal candidate thrives in a multi-entity environment and has strong technical expertise, a high degree of integrity, and a passion for operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive payroll experience, including 3+ years in a management role
- Hands on experience with ADP
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g. Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity
