Product Manager responsible for building assortments that honor Filson's legacy while pushing the business forward, working cross-functionally to bring products to life that are built without compromise.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, merchandising, or product line management within outdoor, lifestyle, or consumer goods brands
- Strong product instinct and ability to translate consumer insights and market data into clear product strategies
- Experience building assortments that balance storytelling, functionality, and commercial performance
- Strong analytical skills paired with sound judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without ego
- Clear, direct communicator who can align teams and drive decisions forward
