Requirements

Responsible for smooth operation of their assigned production lines.
Encourage all production workers to be in position on time and ready for duty.
Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Inspect filters using appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards and examining functionality to ensure the highest quality.
Instruct employees how to verify specifications are met as assembly is being done.
Teaches how to resolve assembly problems by making needed adjustments or notifying supervisors to obtain additional resources.
Show by example to conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
Report any issues, malfunctions, or defective parts to the Production Supervisor.
Assembles components of filters when needed.
On the job instruction to show how to maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Oversee media and frames to ensure it is always well stocked.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Motivate team members to meet production deadlines and goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
