Job Description
Filterbuy is seeking an Inventory Receiving Forklift Operator to oversee incoming inventory operations and support warehouse efficiency at our facility. This role is responsible for ensuring all inbound shipments are accurately received, inspected, and processed while maintaining a safe and organized receiving environment.
Requirements
- Valid forklift certification
- 1–2 years of forklift operation experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills
- Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documents
- Ability to work 6:30 am - 3:00 pm (hours may vary depending on receiving needs)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory record-keeping
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and stand/operate equipment for extended periods
- Knowledge of OSHA forklift safety standards and best practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or GED
