Real Estate Valuation Intern

We have a new opportunity for a Real Estate Valuation Intern to join our Altus Analytics Advisory business unit in Luxembourg. This is a 6-12 month contract with the possibility of long-term employment. As an intern, you will support our European Advisory team and gain hands-on experience in valuation, appraisal methods, and property risk management.

Requirements

• Fluency in English with either French and/or German is required
• Currently in the 4th or final year of a degree from a University, an Engineering school or a Business school (in economics or finance)
• Strong financial modelling skills in order to model and analyse complex assets in ARGUS and MS-Excel
