Job Description
The FCA is seeking a Perimeter Manager – Scams, Promotions, Engagement & Perimeter (SPEP) to join the Supervision, Policy & Competition team. The role will involve managing team members' workload, delivering forward-looking supervisory and project work, and contributing to the department's leadership team. The FCA regulates financial services firms in the UK to keep financial markets fair, thriving, and effective.
Requirements
- Proven regulatory experience of working with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order, other perimeter legislation and guidance
- Proven experience of managing, mentoring and/or training more junior staff on complex cases and recommendations
- Prior experience of leading on investigations or technical enquiry work
