The Senior Pension Policy/Institutional Investments Policy Advisor will develop forward-looking regulatory policies, support government reforms, and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups to deliver real benefits for people and stakeholders. The role requires prior experience in developing public or regulatory policy, coordinating across organisations, and driving cross-cutting projects.

Requirements

• Prior extensive experience of developing public or regulatory policy
• Prior experience coordinating across organisations and driving cross-cutting projects
• Outstanding organisational skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Management capabilities or leadership skills
• Flexibility and ability to deliver effective outcomes in an environment of dynamic change and complexity
• Strong knowledge of the pensions sector
