Senior Retail Banking Firm Supervisor

We are seeking a Senior Retail Banking Firm Supervisor to join our Supervision, Policy & Competition team. The role involves working with senior leaders, assessing business strategies, and shaping regulatory approaches. You will have experience regulating or working with regulated financial services firms, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Prior experience regulating or working with regulated financial services firms on one of the FCA retail banking priorities
• Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior management and stakeholders internally and externally
• Prior experience working in an analytical role to reach sound judgements quickly and clearly from a broad and varied range of information
