Senior Retail Banking Firm Supervisor

The FCA is looking for a Senior Retail Banking Firm Supervisor to regulate financial services firms in the UK. The role involves maintaining oversight of retail banking firms, conducting risk assessments, and identifying key risks. The ideal candidate will have prior experience regulating or working with regulated financial services firms and proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Prior experience regulating or working with regulated financial services firms on one of the FCA retail banking priorities: consumer duty, financial crime, fraud, operational resilience
• Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior management and stakeholders internally and externally
• Prior experience working in an analytical role to reach sound judgements quickly and clearly from a broad and varied range of information
