Experienced Analyst, Investment Banking

We are seeking an Experienced Analyst, Investment Banking to join our team in San Francisco. As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will be deeply involved in all aspects of live transactions and business development efforts, including building detailed financial models and valuations, conducting industry and company research, and collaborating closely with senior bankers to manage deal processes.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of full-time investment banking experience, preferably in M&A or sell-side advisory
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5
• U.S. work authorization required
• Proven ability to lead and manage projects effectively
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and technical skills
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Strong presentation and communication skills
