Special Executions Group – Experienced Associate (NY)

Financial Technology Partners is seeking an Experienced Associate for its Special Executions Group. The role involves working on financial and strategic execution, advising on growth projections, and constructing financial narratives to align with investor underwriting. The Associate will work directly with senior bankers and firm leadership, gaining exposure to transaction strategy and investor positioning at the highest levels.

Requirements

• Major in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required
• Advanced degree and / or professional qualifications strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 – 8 years of experience in transaction services, financial due diligence (FDD / QoE), or high-growth corporate finance roles strongly preferred
