Consulting Manager

The FT is seeking an experienced consulting manager to join a funded start-up within the Financial Times. The role involves leading high-impact consulting engagements, building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, and shaping the strategy of a growing consulting business.

Requirements

• Experience in a strategy or management consulting firm in a client-facing role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience building financial models and analysing complex datasets.
• Proven ability to synthesise data into clear insights and communicate them effectively through presentations and visual storytelling.
• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior audiences.
