Requirements

• Regulatory Vision: deep expertise in EU and French financial regulation, paired with foresight to interpret and anticipate regulatory trends
• Licensing Execution: led licensing initiatives from scoping to audit-readiness, aligning cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality submissions under pressure
• Tech & Product Mindset: partners naturally with Engineering and Product to build scalable compliance tools, automate workflows, and embed regulatory logic into product development
• Collaboration: builds high-performing teams and mentors both compliance and non-compliance stakeholders
• Agility: communicates swiftly and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment
