Job Description
As a Senior Program Manager at finbyte, you are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex client programs.
Requirements
- Plan, steer, and control complex programs and multiple related projects
- Act as the main delivery and escalation contact for clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Define program scope, milestones, governance, and delivery structure
- Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and implement mitigation measures
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
- Manage budgets and provide regular status and financial reporting
- Ensure contractual, quality, and governance standards are met
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes
