Job Description
Seeking a Financial Controller with experience in regulated accounting, financial institutions, and credit card operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial closing and governance, internal controls, and financial risk management.
Requirements
- Solid experience in regulated accounting (BACEN)
- Deep knowledge of COSIF, norms and required reports
- Robust experience in financial institutions (banks, fintechs, IPs)
- In-depth knowledge of credit card operations, including complete cycle, revenues, reconciliations and risks
- Expertise in financial closing and governance, with experience in high complexity environments and auditing
- Knowledge of internal controls, compliance and financial/regulatory risk management
- Analytical capacity and economic-financial vision, with critical reading of P&L, balance sheet and indicators
- Experience with complex financial reconciliations and high-volume transactions
- Familiarity with financial systems and BI tools (e.g. advanced Excel, ERPs, desirable SQL)
