Job Description
Manage logistics operations, lead teams, and develop strategies for cost reduction and efficiency increase. Collaborate with internal areas to align logistics with business needs. Use WMS, TMS, and ERP systems for process control and visibility.
Requirements
- Higher education in Logistics, Engineering, Administration, or related areas
- Post-graduate or MBA considered a differential
- Solid experience in logistics management, preferably in medium to large companies or complex operational environments
- Advanced knowledge in warehouse management, transportation, and supply chain management
- Proficiency in tools and systems such as WMS, TMS, and ERP (SAP, Oracle, Totvs, etc.)
- Strong analytical capacity and strategic vision of processes
- Proven experience in leading teams and multidisciplinary projects
- Negotiation skills with suppliers and logistics partners
- Advanced/fluency in English
